99Exch Login Help
Getting into your ID, fixing it when you can't, and making sure the login page is the real one
Most of our WhatsApp messages are about logging in, not odds. A new phone, a saved password that stopped working, a forwarded link that looks right but isn't. This page is the long version of what we tell people in those chats.
Why the panel link matters more than the password
An exchange ID only exists on the panel it was created on. The same 99exch login screen can appear on many different web addresses, because agents and copy sites all use similar panel designs. If you type a perfectly correct username and password into the wrong address, one of three things happens: it says "invalid", it logs you into an empty account that isn't yours, or it quietly records your password for someone else.
So the first question we ask anyone who can't log in is: where did you get the link? If the answer is "Google" or "a friend forwarded it", that is usually the whole problem.
Keeping the right link
- When your ID is created, we send the panel address in the same chat. Pin that message, or star it in WhatsApp.
- Open it once in your browser and bookmark it straight away, so you never need to search for it again.
- On a phone, add it to your home screen. The steps for Android and iPhone are on our 99exch on mobile page.
- Panel addresses do change occasionally. When that happens we tell you in the same chat. A "new link" from an unknown number is not from us.
Your first 99Exch login
What to expect the first time you open a new ID
Type, don't paste
We send your username and a temporary password. Copying from WhatsApp often picks up a hidden space at the end, which the panel treats as part of the password. Typing it by hand avoids that.
Change the password
Most panels force a password change on first login. You will usually be asked for the old password once and the new one twice. Use something you have never used for email, banking or social media.
Note it somewhere safe
We cannot see your new password and we will never ask you for it. If you lose it, the only fix is a reset, so save it in your phone's password manager rather than in a chat.
Forgot your password: how a reset works
Exchange panels don't link IDs to an email address, so there is no "forgot password" button that emails you a link. Resets are done by the agent, from the agent's side of the panel. That is also why a page offering an email or SMS reset for a 99exch ID should make you suspicious.
A reset with us looks like this:
- Message us from the WhatsApp number you used when the ID was made.
- Send your username only. Do not send any old password, even one you think is wrong.
- If you are messaging from a different number, we will ask a couple of questions only the account holder would know, such as the rough date and amount of your last deposit. This is to stop someone else taking over your ID.
- We set a temporary password and send it to you. You log in and change it, the same as on day one.
One ID, one active session
You can use the same ID on a phone, a tablet and a laptop, but most panels keep only one session open at a time. Log in on the laptop and the phone gets signed out, sometimes with no message, just a return to the login screen the next time you tap something.
Players often think this means they've been hacked. Usually not. Check these first:
- Did you leave the panel open in another browser, or in a second tab on the same phone?
- Has anyone else in the house used your ID? Sharing an ID is a common reason for "random" logouts and for bets you don't recognise.
If you get logged out and your bet history shows bets you didn't place, that is different. Change your password at once and message us with screenshots of the bet list.
One more practical point: if a session drops while you are placing a bet, don't press the button again straight away. Log back in and check your open bets first. The first attempt may have gone through, and pressing again can leave you with double the stake on the same market.
Login problems by symptom
These are the cases we see most, beyond the basic wrong-password error. Find what is on your screen and work across the row.
| What happens | Usual cause | Try this |
|---|---|---|
| Password worked yesterday, fails today | Browser auto-filled an older saved password | Clear the saved password for that site, then type it fresh. |
| Login button does nothing | Captcha or a script didn't load, often on slow data or with a data-saver mode on | Turn off Chrome's Lite or data-saver mode, reload, and try again on Wi-Fi. |
| Logs in, then straight back to the login screen | Cookies blocked, or the page opened inside WhatsApp's own browser | Open the link in Chrome or Safari directly, not inside the chat app. |
| "Change password" screen keeps coming back | The new password didn't meet the panel's rules (length, letters and numbers) | Use at least 8 characters with letters and numbers, no spaces. |
| Site opens on Wi-Fi but not on mobile data (or the reverse) | Your network or a DNS setting is blocking the address | Switch networks to confirm, then message us. We'll check whether the address has changed. |
| "Your account is inactive" | ID paused at your request, or after a long gap with no activity | Message us with your username. We can reactivate it if it's yours. |
| Logged in, but balance or bet history looks different | Wrong panel, or someone else has used the ID | Don't deposit or bet. Screenshot it and send it to us. |
Clone and phishing logins
A clone login page is a copy of a real panel's sign-in screen on a different address. It exists to collect usernames and passwords. With your details, the person running it can log in to your real ID, place bets to move your balance, or simply lock you out. These are the signs we've seen on clone pages people have shown us:
- The page asks for a mobile number, OTP, UPI PIN, card number or Aadhaar before or after the password. A 99exch login needs none of these.
- It says "verify your account" or "your ID will be blocked" and asks you to act fast.
- The address is slightly off: an extra letter, a hyphen, or an unusual ending after the dot.
- It was sent to you as a "new official link" by someone you didn't start the chat with.
- After you "log in", it shows an error and asks you to try again. The first attempt already gave them your password.

Logging in with a demo ID
A demo ID logs in exactly like a real one, on the same kind of panel, but the balance is play money. It is the easiest way to see what the screen looks like after login: where your balance and exposure sit, how the bet slip opens, and what "matched" and "unmatched" mean in your bet list.
Demo balances can't be withdrawn and real deposits can't be added to a demo ID. When you want to play for real money, we create a separate real ID.
Ask for one on WhatsApp by sending "demo ID please". If you're ready for a real account, the full process is on the get a 99exch ID page, and our FAQ covers the smaller questions.
18+ only. Betting carries financial risk. The Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 restricts online money games nationally and several states have their own bans; you are responsible for checking the law where you live. This is not legal advice.
Logging in to 99exch after months away
Returning players produce a specific cluster of login problems, and all of them are expected.
- The old address does not open. Extensions rotated while you were away. Ask the desk for the current one; do not type the old one from memory into a search.
- The saved password is rejected. Some panel versions require a reset after a long dormant period. The desk does it in minutes.
- The layout changed. Panels update. A new look on the right address is fine. New login fields are not.
- The desk's number has changed. Check your old chat for any alternate number given earlier. If the desk is gone, the WhatsApp number page explains what that means for the balance.
- The balance is what you left. No inactivity fees exist. If it is different, reconcile against your last statement screenshot before assuming anything.
Returning is also a good moment to reread the is 99exch safe guide. The legal position in India changed in 2025, and the guide is more cautious than the one you may remember.
99exch login terms, decoded
| You see or hear | It means |
|---|---|
| Username / User ID / Login ID | The same thing: the name the desk gave you |
| Temporary password | The one sent with a new ID or a reset; change it on first use |
| Transaction password / withdrawal password | A second password asked only for payouts on most panels |
| Session | Your logged-in state on one browser; one per ID |
| Invalid credentials | Username or password wrong, or wrong panel |
| User blocked / inactive | The ID is paused or locked; only the desk can lift it |
| Session expired | Idle timeout or a login elsewhere |
| Captcha | Some versions show one after repeated failures; type it carefully |
| Remember me | Keeps the session longer on that browser; never on a shared device |
| Mirror / extension login | The same login on another domain of the panel |
Three sentences to send the desk when a login fails
"Username ___. Error says: [exact text]. Screenshot attached with address bar." That is all. The login password page explains what we can see from our side and why those three things are what we need. Do not add the password; we never want it.
99exch login on each device, and the one rule that joins them
Your 99exch ID is one account with one session. Every device you log in from shares that session, and that single fact explains most "why was I logged out" messages.
Phone only
The common case. Pin the panel to the home screen from the desk's link, log in, let the browser save the password after you have changed it from the temporary one. Your session lives in that browser. Clearing the browser's data signs you out; nothing else does except idle timeout.
Phone and laptop
Logging in on the laptop ends the phone's session, and vice versa. If you like to watch on the laptop and bet on the phone, accept that each switch is a fresh login. Do not try to keep both alive; it is not possible and the attempts generate the "logged out again" messages.
Shared family phone
Log out after every session rather than relying on timeouts, and do not let the browser save the password. The one-session rule will not protect you here, because the other person is using the same browser you are.
Work or college computer
Private window only, never save the password, log out explicitly, close the window. Shared computers keep sessions alive for the next person, and your balance is one tap from whoever sits down next.
Saved passwords and the extension problem
Browsers store passwords against an exact domain. That design collides with how 99exch works, because the panel's address changes extension from time to time. Here is how to keep the convenience without the failures.
| Situation | What the browser does | What you should do |
|---|---|---|
| First login on the .com | Offers to save | Save only after changing the temporary password |
| Desk moves you to .green | Has nothing saved for .green; may offer a lookalike entry | Type by hand, then save for .green |
| Desk resets your password | Still auto-fills the old one | Type the new one; let it update the saved entry |
| You once visited a clone | Saved whatever you typed there, under the clone's domain | Delete that entry in the password manager |
| Phone changed | Entries sync if you use the same account | Verify the saved entries' domains before trusting them |
Once a quarter, open the browser's password list, search "99exch", and delete anything whose domain is not an extension the desk has sent you. The 99exch com login password page has the browser-by-browser steps.
A five-minute 99exch login security check
Do this once a month, or immediately after any login that felt wrong.
- Statement, last 30 days. Every line should match a bet or deposit you remember. The account area page explains how to read it.
- Bet list, open bets. Nothing you did not place. Cancel unmatched bets you no longer want.
- Saved passwords. Only domains from the desk, as above.
- Home-screen icons. One panel icon, pointing at the current extension. Delete duplicates.
- Installed apps. No "99exch" APK you do not remember asking for. If there is one, the download page has the removal steps.
- Change the password if anything above surprised you. It ends every other session at once.
Players who do this never need the longer conversations on this page. It takes less time than one over.
A 99exch login, from tap to lobby, and where each failure lives
Seeing the sequence makes the error messages make sense.
| Step | What happens | If it fails here |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Address resolves | Your network finds the panel's server | "Site can't be reached": a block or a typo. Try another extension |
| 2. Welcome screen loads | Static page with Login button | Blank or broken: blocker or data saver |
| 3. Login form loads | Username and password fields | Extra fields: not the panel |
| 4. Credentials checked | Panel verifies username and password | "Invalid": typo, auto-fill, wrong panel. "Blocked": ask the desk |
| 5. Session created | Any other session on this ID ends | Immediate bounce to login: cookies blocked |
| 6. Lobby loads | Balance, exposure, markets | Zero or wrong balance: wrong panel, stop |
Tell the desk which step failed, with a screenshot. Steps one and two are network and browser; three and six mean the address; four and five mean the account or the cookies. Each has a different two-minute fix, and the welcome screen and m home pages cover steps two and six in detail.
