99exch.ind.in is an ID and support desk for the 99exch betting exchange. We set up new IDs on WhatsApp, help existing players get back into their accounts, and explain how the exchange actually works, from back and lay odds to session markets, before you put a single rupee on it.
What 99exch is, and where this site fits
99exch is a betting exchange panel. You get a username and password (your "ID"), log in to a panel website, and see cricket, football and tennis markets with two columns of prices: blue for back and pink for lay. It also has a casino lobby with games like Teen Patti and Andar Bahar.
Like most Indian exchange panels, 99exch IDs are not opened through a public sign-up form. They are issued by agents. An agent creates your ID, loads your balance when you deposit, and pays you when you withdraw. That is the job this site does. We do not own or run the 99exch software, so we will not pretend to make promises about it that only the operator could keep.
That difference matters when you look for "99exch login" on Google. Many results are panel copies (the same login screen on a different domain). Some are genuine panels used by other agents. Some are clones built to collect passwords. A login screen alone cannot tell you which is which. Your agent can, because the agent is the one who created your ID on a specific panel.

Get the right link
Use the panel address your agent sent when your ID was created. If you have lost it, message us on WhatsApp with your username (never your password) and we will resend it.
Enter your ID and password
Type the username and password exactly as given; both are case-sensitive. On first login most panels ask you to change the password. Pick one you do not use anywhere else.
Check your balance
Your balance and "exposure" (money currently tied up in open bets) appear at the top of the panel. If the balance looks wrong, take a screenshot before you place anything and send it to us.
When the login does not work

Getting a new 99exch ID
Tap any WhatsApp button on this page and say you want a new ID. We will ask for a name to put on the account, a username you would like, and how you plan to deposit (UPI or bank transfer) so we can send matching payment details. That is all. You do not need to send Aadhaar or PAN photos to get a basic ID, and you should be wary of anyone who asks for them over chat.
Before you pay anything, ask us three things and get the answers in writing on WhatsApp: the minimum deposit, the minimum withdrawal, and how long a withdrawal usually takes. These are set on the panel and can change, so we confirm them at the time rather than printing numbers here that may go out of date.

Back and lay, with real numbers
Most people who lose money on an exchange in their first week do not lose it on bad predictions. They lose it by misreading the lay column. Here is the arithmetic, using a typical India vs Australia Match Odds market.
Backing: betting that something will happen
India shows 1.90 in the blue back column. You back India for ₹1,000.
- India win: you get ₹1,900 back, a profit of ₹900.
- India lose or the match is tied: you lose ₹1,000.
Laying: betting that something will not happen
India shows 1.92 in the pink lay column. You lay India for ₹1,000. You are now acting as the bookmaker for someone who backed India.
- India do not win: you keep the backer's ₹1,000.
- India win: you pay out (1.92 − 1) × ₹1,000 = ₹920.
Why the two prices are different
The gap between 1.90 and 1.92 is the spread. In a busy market it is one or two ticks. In a thin market, such as a domestic T20 at 3 a.m., it can be wide, and a wide spread is a quiet cost every time you enter and exit. If the gap looks unusually large, wait or skip that market.

The three cricket markets you will see first

Reading a session line
Say the 6-over session shows No 48 and Yes 49 at rate 100 (even money).
- Yes 49 for ₹500 wins ₹500 if the team has 49 or more after 6 overs.
- No 48 for ₹500 wins ₹500 if the team has 47 or fewer.
- If they finish on exactly 48, both Yes 49 and No 48 lose. That one-run gap is where the panel earns its edge.
Sessions are suspended for a few seconds after every ball and sometimes for a whole over when something big happens, like a wicket, review or rain. Deposits and withdrawals: how the money actually moves
Because IDs are agent-issued, money goes through the agent. You pay by UPI or bank transfer to the details we send on WhatsApp, and we load the same amount onto your ID. A withdrawal works the other way round: you request it, we confirm the amount on the panel, and we pay it to your UPI ID or bank account.
- Save the UTR or reference number for every payment. It is the only thing that proves a deposit if anything goes wrong.
- Pay only to details sent in your current chat, never to a number or QR code forwarded by someone else, even if they say they are "from 99exch".
- Withdraw to an account in your own name. Third-party payouts are the most common cause of delays.
- Check that open bets are settled before you request a withdrawal. Money held as exposure cannot be withdrawn.

How to spot a fake 99exch panel or agent
Copy-paste panels are cheap to set up, so fake ones are common. These are the warning signs we hear about most often from players who come to us after losing money elsewhere:
- The login page asks for anything beyond a username and password, such as an OTP, mobile number, UPI PIN or card number.
- The "agent" asks for a deposit before giving you any ID at all, or asks for a "verification fee" or "unlock fee" to release a withdrawal.
- You are sent an APK file to install. 99exch runs in a normal browser, so there is nothing you need to install. See our 99Exch on mobile page.
- The payment details change mid-conversation, or come from a different WhatsApp number from the one you started with.
- Someone promises "fixed" matches, guaranteed sessions or sure-shot tips. Nobody can do that, and that pitch is always a scam.
If any of this has already happened, stop paying, keep the screenshots, and report payment fraud at cybercrime.gov.in or by calling 1930, India's national cyber-fraud helpline.
Before you play: the honest part
Betting is a way to pay for entertainment, not a way to earn money. Over time the spread, the bookmaker rate and the session gap mean the average player loses. A few rules that actually help:
- Set a monthly amount you are fine losing completely, and deposit only that.
- Do not chase. Increasing stakes to win back a loss is how small losses become serious ones.
- Never bet with borrowed money, credit, or money meant for rent, fees or bills.
- If betting is causing arguments, debt or sleepless nights, stop and ask us to close your ID. We will.
